Today is World Hypertension Day!  It is a day set aside globally and annually to create and spread awareness on hypertension, the silent killer . This year the theme is "Measure Your Blood Accurately, Control it, Live Longer" Simply put, if you can accurately measure your blood pressure,  control it (if you are hypertensive) then you can live longer.  If blood pressure measurements are taken in a hospital or pharmacy, the measurements are accurate,  but when taken at home, if the process of taking measurements are not followed, then tge results will not be accurate.  There really is a right way and a wrong way to measure blood pressure.  Do it right so you can avoid the complications of hypertension and live longer.  #WorldHypertrnsionDay #MeasureYourBloodPressureAccuratelyControlItLiveLonger #TheFABS  #TheFirstAidBoxShop  #BeFABulouS
