World Sleep Day 2022

😴😴😴😴😴😴😴 Yeeeeeeeaaaaaaahhhhhh it's World Sleep Day and NO, its not ridiculous😝 Sleep is essential for our well-being, it affects our performance during the day, if someone is deprived of quality sleep then their productivity is zilch🀷‍♀️. Salt basically helps bring out the flavour in certain foods and it does have preservative properties  However, an excessive use of salt has dire consequences on our health. Too much salt badly affects our blood pressures and thisexposes one to stroke and heart diseases  This year the theme is " Shake the Habit". Simply put, we are being encouraged to shske of our salt habits to preserve our health  Some snacks and foods we consume are really super salted, sometimes when we eat out, the meals are super salted, some people just love to add more salts to their food!
