Sleep is essential for our well-being, it affects our performance during the day, if someone is deprived of quality sleep then their productivity is zilch🀷‍♀️. Poor sleep negatively impacts people who are hypertensive 

The theme for this year is "Quality Sleep, Sound Mind, Happy World"
Its that simple, if we get quality sleep then we'll most likely have sound minds and our world will be happy πŸ˜πŸ˜ŠπŸ™‚

The quantity and the quality of sleep are both equally important

🎯feeling alert during the day. Not wanting to doze off at work
🎯feeling refreshed and satisfied that you are well rested
