SUDDEN CARDIAC ARREST

Often you hear news of someone who slumps either while jogging or walking or engaging in one form of sporting activity or any random activity. This usually results in the death of the victim. The question that comes to mind is: could their death be avoided? I want to say, yes, only if someone around knew what to do,  like how to perform CPR or use an AED (if available).

The link below talks about Sudden Cardiac Arrest and 5 things that raise the risk of it happening. Hope you  read it and pick a thing or two from it.
