HOW TO PREVENT FOOD POISONING 

Prevention is always always always better than a cure.

Here are some preventive measures to help in avoiding food poisoning 

1)Ensure to use processed or manufactured foods before expiration dates 

2)During food preparation, ensure foods are prepared at the right temperatures (undercooked foods are a source of food poisoning)

3)Maintain good hygiene during food preparation as well as personal hygiene 

4)Foods should be properly stored (both raw and processed)

5)Keep raw foods separately from ready to eat foods

6)Thoroughly wash vegetables before use
