- CVDs  can be prevented 
- CVDs are majorly as a result of lifestyle choices

These make you prone to CVD

- Smoking or use of tobacco 
- Unhealthy diet
- Obesity
- Sedentary lifestyle 
- Uncontrolled blood pressure 

Obviously, the following healthy lifestyle helps prevent CVD

- Eat healthy 
- Quit smoking 
- Monitor blood pressure 
- Be physically active (minimum of 30 minutes daily)
- Maintain a healthy weight
