You have had stomach upset? Then yes  you have had ingestion. The medical practitioners will refer to it as dyspepsia. 

It's a  common digestive ailment and it's often confused for heartburn. Well, heartburn is actually one of the symptoms of indigestion. 

INDIGESTION is discomfort in the upper part of the stomach, apart from the heartburn, there are other symptoms that one experiences when it occurs. It is often experienced while eating or after eating. 

Someone indigestion is a telltale sign of an underlying problem.
