So sometimes the heart heart can stop beating/working, it is important to restart the heart immediately if not the casualty could die. 

Sadly quite a number of people have died because when their hearts stopped (maybe as a result of cardiac arrest) no one was available to help restart their hearts

No, their inclusion in your first aid kit/box isn't to help apply or take off your make up😝 No, they're not there to "clean", poke or tickle your ears 🤦‍♀️.
