Preventing glaucoma

Anyone really is at risk of glaucoma, however if we zooming into those most at risk, then here's a list

-those with a family history of glaucoma 

-diabetics

-over 40 YO

hypertensives

-short- sighted people (extreme cases)

To prevent blindness from glaucoma,👇

-routinely have your eye pressure checked by an ophthalmologist, even if you don't have a family history of glaucoma 

-live healthy. Eat healthy. Engage in exercises. 

You don't want to lose your sight we know, so have those eyes checked. Glaucoma is so sneaky. Remember, symptoms only pop up when it has advanced.
