-If you are overweight, get your weight to a healthy bracket 
-Get active. Say no to sedentary lifestyle. Exercise, especially during this period that going out of our homes is discouraged because of Covid-19 
-Reduce alcohol consumption 
-Quit smoking/tobacco 
-Eat healthy meals, include veggies and fruits in your diet 
-Reduce salt intake
