Thoughts on preventing fatty liver disease


We mentioned earlier that NAFLD (non-alcoholic fatty liver disease) doesn't have a definite cause๐Ÿ˜, mind boggling yes, but steps can be taken still to prevent it. 

NAFLD can be prevented by the following ๐Ÿ‘‡

- maintaining a healthy weight 
- ensuring cholesterol levels are within a healthy range always
-  ensuring blood sugar levels ate within a healthy range always
- ditch the sedentary lifestyle and be active, exercise 

In a nutshell, healthy diet choices and regular exercise will keep NAFLD at bay.

It is better to be proactive and prevent fatty liver disease, in fact any ailment at all, tgan yo be reactive and begin managing an ailment. 

To prevent AFLD, cut down on the booze or completely take it out, you should also include the preventive measures of NAFLD.

To enjoy a long life in great health, we have to be intentional about our lifestyle choices. 

Even if one does have a silent disease already, the choice to live healthy will afford you the opportunity to pile years to your years๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿค—
